5 NKY election results you might have missed

Good morning, Enquirer readers.
Did you know there’s more to Northern Kentucky politics than the area just showing up red on Election Day maps?
I’m reporter Jolene Almendarez, and I cover NKY. 
I’ve spent some time since Election Day going over results and, yes, President-elect Donald Trump’s popularity has stayed almost exactly the same over the past eight years in Boone, Kenton and Campbell counties.
But those same voters didn’t just cast a ballot for every conservative candidate or issue. There were a few results that stood out to me because of that. 
So, here’s a roundup of a few election results in NKY that you might have missed last week.
